PBC located is the coffee shop cum bakery by JW Marriott Pune. No doubt one of the best bakery when it comes to great taste with great ambience and nice services. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. The amazing interior makes the experience better. Great place to be at with friends and family. Great place. Amazing ambience, both outdoor and indoor seating is available. The bakery items are must try. You should definitely try the chocolate frappe, strawberry frappe and the PBC frappe whenever you visit this place. Outdoor seating is surrounded by tress and filled with greenery. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. A Marriott truck is det up outside which offers road side food, the truck is open only in the evening. The Dutch truffle is amazing. Salads are also offered here. Make your own sandwich is available in which you get to chose what type of bread do you prefer and the veggies to put inside the sandwich, both vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available.
Luxury , Porsche , classic , standard place to chill and hangout … I have never seen a more decent cafe with such a small scale budget for a 5 star hotel. I would not miss if i could go there daily for a cup of coffee and the lovely dessert and cakes and pastries that they provide . I am sure i don’t have to mention about their service. Of course its the lavishness along with taste. This baking cafe is situated inside JW MARRIOT - everyone is very kuch familiar with the chain of this 5 star hotel in multiple cities. They have the PUNE BAKING CO cafe inside this hotel . On the ground floor next to waiting lounge . They have valley Parking as well , so no need to wordy for your car . They have very classy ambience and sitting place . Have automation washrooms and the ambience to click some pictures too. One can definitely chill and relax and take the advantage of the service provided by them in a 5 star hotel . I had ordered their special PBC FRAPPE . Which turned out to be excellent . Would love to have it again for sure .
It is located at the lobby level of Hotel JW Marriott. During my stay at hotel, I just dropped to have a cup of coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were also serving 'Irani Chai'. I used to be very fond of Irani Chai in eighties and nineties in Mumbai. When I tasted it, I found it to be totally different than the original one. However I finished it without complaining because I felt I might have forgotten the taste after so many years. When asked for feedback I told them frankly about my views of Irani Chai. A lady executive felt so sorry that she offered to serve me another tea or coffee. Since I did not want to have another cup, she even offered to serve me next day or give me in a paper cup to have in the car. It was absolutely highest standard of politeness and service. They had a lot of cakes, sandwiches and other snacks to offer. The layout of cafe was excellent and ambiance very cool. Worth visiting...
I recently visited the Pune Baking Company at JW Marriott Pune for a high tea experience, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and they curated a special High Tea Charlie setup just for me — beautifully presented across two savory stands and one sweet stand. Each stand looked elegant and inviting, perfect for an intimate setup for two. The savory stands featured a lovely mix of flavors — from the mini Garden Vada Pav to crisp onion-pakora style fritters, and a delicious Paneer Tikka Kathi Roll filled with cottage cheese, peppers, onions, and mint chutney. What made it even more special was knowing that many of the herbs, dressings, and ingredients were freshly sourced from JW Marriott’s own garden — everything tasted vibrant, fresh, and beautifully balanced. The sweet stand was a treat for the eyes and the palate, with a selection of mini pastries, bite-sized chocolates, and delicate sweet treats — the perfect finishing touch to a relaxed afternoon. The ambience of the Pune Baking Company truly adds to the charm — it’s calm, cozy, and filled with soft natural light. One of my favorite parts was the library corner, where you can pick up a book, enjoy a cup of coffee, and simply unwind. It’s such a thoughtfully designed space that makes you want to linger a little longer. I didn’t try the ice creams this time, but their gelato selection looked very tempting — that’s definitely on my list for my next visit. Overall, it was a beautifully curated high tea experience that perfectly reflected JW Marriott Pune’s warmth, attention to detail, and signature hospitality. Pune Baking Co. is amazing! Their cakes look absolutely stunning with so many incredible flavors on display. The service is super fast, and the staff is highly efficient. We tried their coffee and orange juice, and both were fantastic.
